2025 Series 1 Tournament Details
Players please read the following details of the tournament format to be familiar as it will be a packed and exciting day. This event will go smoothly with the help of you and our supports.
Round Robin Pools
You will have been assigned to a Pool with other players. There are generally 5- 7 players in each pool on 1 court; meaning you have to play each and everyone.
Order of Play
Based on your name order on the pool list, you will play the rounds of games on the assigned court.
For example, if your "David" was on this list:
Pool A
Ben
David
Lisa
Michael
Sarah
Michelle
David would be player 2 in Pool A.
The order for David would be as follows:
Round 1 - 1 vs 2 / 3 vs 4 / 5 vs 6
Round 2 - 1 vs 3 / 2 vs 5 / 4 vs 6
Round 3 - 1 vs 4 / 2 vs 6 / 3 vs 5
Round 4 - 1 vs 5 / 2 vs 4 / 3 vs 6
Round 5 - 1 vs 6 / 2 vs 3 / 4 vs 5
Hence David will be playing in order, against Ben, Sarah, Michelle, Michael and Lisa.
Moving Forward
To get out of your pool, you need to win your matches. If two or more players have the same number of wins, it will be determined by their total number of points won.
REMEMBER!
All Singles Games are played to 15 POINTS ONLY!
FIRST TO 15, NO DUCES!
FINALS in Singles Division will be played to 21 points
ONE SET ONLY!
All Doubles Games are played to 21 POINTS!
FIRST TO 21, NO DUCES!
FINALS in Doubles Division will be played to 21 points
BEST TO THREE SETS!
